The following form can be used to upload individual agents. An agent is
compossed of the code files that
directly implement the learning algorithm. If you are not sure what a
agent should contain please look at some examples on the agent shelf. All submissions must be
compressed using standard
gzip. A notification email will be sent once your submission has
been stored on our server.
