2004-08-10 Rather than reverting comments to last working form, got improved form working.

2004-08-12 made the horizontal rules lighter in colour
                  changed the format of the date and the date w/ time display
                   finally got the newlnes in the textarea to change to <br> tags   

 2004-08-13 extend this page not working for me on linux/mozilla.
                      What do we do about HTML? We wanted to only allow some formatting.
